The winner in Thailand by GOURMAND WORLD COOKBOOK AWARDS 2010
Each year many food-related publications from photographers, chefs, food stylists, food entrepreneurs and culinary agencies worldwide are submitted to Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, a Spanish agency, to compete for prestigious prizes in various categories. Out of some 7,000-8,000 entries, only one publication from Thailand made it through the qualifying round this year: Dim Sum Diary from Chokdee Dimsum Restaurant, styled and photographed by Karb Studio. This world-class publication is now representing Thailand in the final round to compete for an award in the categories of Best Cookbook Photography and Best Corporate Cookbook, due to be announced in March 2011.
